Women’s Specific PayanX - How will you start your mornings? 

  • Set aside 10 minutes every morning to complete the exercises on the WSP Bootcampers playlist embedded below.
  • Warm up with 2 minutes of Slide & Glides followed by a quick Sprint for 30 seconds or High Knees for 1 minute.
  • All other exercises are just 1 minute long.
  • FYI: No equipment required!
